DBT Development Group, LLC was formed over 20 years ago as a real estate development company specializing in condominium development. Over the years, DBT has delivered over 300 units to residents of the District of Columbia. Whether developing condominium projects independently, or developing through joint ventures with other companies or organizations in the metro area, we strive to provide first-rate housing for the residents of the District of Columbia and the metro area.

In addition to our development ventures, we have compiled a real estate portfolio comprising over 280 units in Washington, D.C. and Maryland. We self manage our properties which affords us the opportunity to provide a hands-on, ready response to our residents.
